Coelenterazine, 2-methyl derivative (Methyl coelenterazine)
Descrition & Target
Methyl coelenterazine (Coelenterazine, 2-methyl analog) has been reported to be a superior antioxidant for cells against reactive oxygen species (ROS) such as singlet oxygen and superoxide anion. The coelenterazine derivative is membrane-permeant, nontoxic and highly reactive toward ROS. As oxidative stress is believed to be a mediator of apoptosis, methyl coelenterazine should be another important tool for studies of apoptosis.Coelenterazine products have been used to detect superoxide and peroxynitrite via chemiluminescence.<ul><li>Yellow solid soluble in MeOH or EtOH</li><li>Store at -20°C and protect from light</li><li>C20H17N3O2</li><li>MW: 331.37</li></ul>

Expression
Concanavalin A, CF®350 Conjugate
Descrition & Target
This product is fluorescently-labeled concanavalin A (Con A). Con A is a widely used lectin that selectively binds to a-mannopyranosyl and a-glucopyranosy residues, found in the cell wall of yeast and fungi, and the cell membrane of mammalian cells. CF® dyes are 9689c5aa-6556-4b3c-b5d1-1e693715ba07's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. UV-excitable blue fluorescent CF®350 dye has excitation/emission at 347/448 nm.
