The AccuBlue Broad Range dsDNA Quantitation Kit provides reagents for 1500 microplate assays. This assay is intended for the quantification of dsDNA in the range of 2-2000 ng/uL.

The AccuBlue® Broad Range dsDNA Quantitation Kit offers sensitive and selective detection of purified dsDNA samples with minimal effects from common contaminants.  The kit provides a linear detection range from 2 - 2000 ng and is compatible with fluorescence microplate readers that can detect blue fluorescence. AccuBlue® Broad Range dsDNA Quantitation Solution also is available separately for customers who wish to use their own DNA standards.

For broad range DNA quantitation using the Qubit® fluorometer from Thermo Fisher, we recommend using our AccuGreen Broad Range dsDNA Quantitation Kit.

For high-sensitivity DNA quantitation using a fluorescent plate reader, we recommend using our AccuClear® or AccuBlue® NextGen dsDNA Quantitation Kits, which provide unprecedented sensitivity, accuracy and wide linear range. AccuClear&reg; Ultra High Sensitivity dsDNA Quantitation Kit utilizes a novel, next-generation DNA binding dye for highly sensitive and accurate quantitation of purified dsDNA samples across a broad range of DNA concentrations. The assay is linear between 0.03 ng and 250 ng of dsDNA per assay in microplate format, making it the most versatile DNA quantitation assay. Unlike absorbance-based measurements, AccuClear&reg; dye is highly selective for double-stranded DNA over single stranded DNA or RNA.
