Descrition & Target
CR110-C5-maleimide (full name: 5(6)-Carboxyrhodamine 110-C5-maleimide) is a maleimide derivative of the green fluorescent dye carboxyrhodamine 110. The dye has spectral properties (&lamba; Ex/&lamba; Em (MeOH) = 502/524 nm) similar to those of fluorescein (fluorescein-5-maleimide, for example), but the photostability of the dye is among the best of all green fluorescent dyes. Thus, the dye is a superior green fluorescent dye for labeling thiols. <ul> <li>Orange red solid soluble in DMF or DMSO</li> <li>Store at -20°C and protect from light, especially in solution</li> <li>C31H30N4O6</li> <li>MW: 554.59</li> </ul>

Descrition & Target
5(6)-CFDA (full name: 5-(and-6)-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate) is membrane-permeant and thus can be loaded into cells via incubation. Once inside cells, CFDA is hydrolyzed by intracellular esterases to carboxyfluorescein.

Descrition & Target
5(6)-CFDA, SE (full name: 5-(and-6)-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate, succinimidyl ester, also known as CFSE) is a useful fluorescent tracer that can passively diffuse into cells and covalently label intracellular proteins, resulting in long-term cell labeling. The reagent itself is colorless and non-fluorescent but becomes brightly green fluorescent once it is hydrolyzed by intracellular esterases. The labeling has been shown to be stable to formaldehyde or gluteraldehyde fixation. Also see our CFDA SE Cell Proliferation Assay Kit.

Descrition & Target
5(6)-FAM SE (full name: 5-(and-6)-Carboxyfluorescein, succinimidyl ester mixed isomers) is an amine-reactive green fluorescent dye widely used for labeling proteins or other molecules that contain a primary or secondary aliphatic amine. The coupling reaction is usually carried out at pH 8-9.5. The amide linkage from the coupling reaction is much more stable than the thiourea linkage formed from the coupling of an amine and an isothiocyanate. <ul> <li>&lamba;Ex/&lamba;Em = 495/519 nm</li> <li>Yellow solid soluble in DMSO or DMF</li> <li>Store at -20°C and protect from light</li> <li>C25H15NO9</li> <li>MW: 473.4</li> <li>[117548-22-8]</li> </ul>
